The Works Council

The works council is a joint body in which the company head informs and consults the employee representatives.

It is a two-part body composed, on the one hand, of the company head and the employer representatives appointed by him and, on the other hand, of the employee representatives who are elected every four years by the company's employees on the basis of the lists of candidates submitted by the representative employee and management organizations.
