Who are we?

We are a politically independent and free trade union where individual freedom and social responsibility go hand in hand.
The Liberal Trade Union is a union where every individual is central and where local action is paramount. Our values (freedom, solidarity, responsibility, and tolerance) form the four pillars of our social liberalism.
As a Liberal Trade Union, we don't dictate choices, but instead offer ideas and solutions to members, activists, and representatives. Naturally, we do all this with political independence.

What do we do for you at ING?

We defend your rights during reorganizations, evaluations, restructurings, or changes in your role.
We provide guidance on questions about salary, bonuses, career breaks, pensions, workplace well-being, and more.
We work towards a more humane work environment through dialogue, campaigns, and concrete actions.

We represent you in consultation bodies such as the Committee for Prevention & Protection at Work, the Union Delegation, and the Works Council.

SOCIAL ELECTIONS 2028

To truly have a voice in companies, a union needs elected representatives for consultative bodies like the Works Council (OR) and the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work (CPBW). Only then can a union improve the working conditions and well-being of all employees.

Participating in the social elections is therefore a win-win situation: the ACLVB/CGSLB can have a clear voice in the consultation bodies through as many candidates as possible, and as a candidate, you can stand up for your colleagues and help ensure their well-being in the workplace.
