Discounts on ING products

ING offers all employees a mobile phone plan that you can use with your own smartphone or mobile phone. What does it entail, and what are the costs?

Intervention : internet@home
Request your intervention for your home internet subscription. ING reimburses part of your monthly internet costs.
Office supplies for your home workspace
You want to be able to work as comfortably at home as you do in the office. That is why ING allocates a budget of 750 euros every 3 years to help you set up your home office

Profit premium (CAO 90)
The profit premium in ING Belgium consists of two parts:

the actual profit premium;
-
the net equivalent benefit (the so-called non-recurring result-based benefit).

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is an assistance service that provides information, advice and support to all employees who face personal difficulties, both private and professional, or who are confronted with legal or financial issues. This service is also available to family members who live with you.

Health Insurance
Health care insurance, which provides a broad complement to the basic health insurance interventions.
For ING employees with a contract of indefinite duration, their family members and pensioners.

Health campaigns
At ING, you and your family can already benefit from comprehensive health insurance.
VOSSCO offers you an additional refund of 50 EUR for six studies.

Medical detection
Medical screening is reserved for the main members of VOSSCO with an employment contract with ING Belgium (including the suspended employment contracts) and their partner.

Subsidy for quitting smoking costs
ING has decided to pay compensation to smokers who want to get rid of their addiction. The allowance amounts to up to 50% of the proven costs, or a maximum of EUR 120 per person.

Salary
Your monthly salary consists mainly of your barometer salary and your Flex Budget.
The salary is determined by the job class in which your position is located and your professional experience.
In the Flexible Reward Plan, the Flex Budget can be spent on the benefits you choose.

Performance management
The final evaluation is the last mandatory step in the performance cycle and takes place between November and December.

Supplementary pension
The supplementary pension is an extra-legal benefit of ING. This way we build up a capital that you can have at your retirement.
