Work regulations
The work regulations contain the rights and obligations of both the employee and the employer. Employees are obligated to perform their work correctly, honestly, and accurately, to follow the employer's instructions, and to refrain from actions that could harm the safety or interests of the employer or others.
Article 1
Each member of staff1 of NV ING Belgium (ING) (*) shall, at the latest upon taking up employment, sign an acknowledgement of receipt in which he undertakes to take note of the Employment Regulations annexed to his individual employment contract and to accept its terms and conditions, subject to those which would become null and void under binding legal provisions or joint agreements.

Salary
Your monthly salary consists mainly of your basic salary and your Flex Budget.
The scale salary is determined by the job class in which your position is located and your professional experience.
The Flex Budget can be spent on benefits of your choice in the Flexible Reward Plan.

Evaluation
The final evaluation is the last mandatory step in the performance cycle and takes place between November and December.
