As we have already communicated ... the Joint Trade Union Front has communicated three times (in as many meetings) that the paths that were considered are NOT negotiable. The Joint Trade Union Front has repeated each time that the objective of these negotiations is the continuation of the current Flexible Reward Plan ... and that a new savings plan for our employees is not on the agenda and therefore non-negotiable.
The Joint Trade Union Front has urged the management (once again) to review its proposals.
A fourth meeting was scheduled for this Thursday after the Works Council. However, we deeply regret that the management informed us that it would not come up with a new proposal, but that it was going to explain to us why they have these choices in mind (sic).
Since the 3 previous communications of the Common Trade Union Front were apparently not taken at their right value ... The Common Trade Union Front (BBTK - ACV Puls- CNE - ACLVB - NCK) has decided to boycott the Works Council in the morning and the National Syndicate Delegation (where the negotiations take place) in the afternoon.
The Joint Trade Union Front will meet next day to decide on the next steps and to plan possible actions.
