Unfortunately, the 13th did not bring prosperity, because on Monday the unions again left the negotiating table!


What is it about?

The ruling regarding the Flexible Reward Plan (agreement with tax and social security) must be extended by the end of 2022! In preparation, the unions had already made a number of proposals to expand the options.

BUT… the employer also wishes to make some changes and -according to our insights- to realize cost savings in his proposals, put on the table.


UNACCEPTABLE for us!

Why:

• A reduction in the discount we get in DOTS. 25% would suddenly be reduced to only 15% !

• Every employee would see €300 gross monthly salary transferred to the Flex budget, as a result of which it is no longer indexed!

• The discount for the electric cars (EV) is collapsing! From 30% discount to 10%!

• From September you can only opt for an electric car!

Lease plan for 60 months instead of 48 with a higher lease price!

• Expansion of Medexel coverage, but the cost is exclusive to the employee!


However, the employer refuses to change anything about the proposal. THAT is why we have once again left the table with the Joint Trade Union Front. A pity, because time is running out to be able to reach a solid new agreement and ruling. This is in the interest of everyone, both the employees (purchasing power, ...) and the management (attractive employer with satisfied employees, ...)!

Hopefully the employer will see that you cannot negotiate unilaterally. Purchasing power and retention of wage indexation remain the main action points for all unions!
