CORONA BONUS:

At sectoral level, an agreement has already been reached to grant a Corona bonus of €250 to the sector.
At the instigation of the ACLVB/CGSLB, the possibility has been offered in the sectoral CLA to possibly conclude better agreements at company level, provided that a company CLA is concluded.
We thought it was important that management gave you a clear signal for the efforts made during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We are therefore pleased that management is responding to this. A bonus of €500 in the form of consumption vouchers will be given to those who meet the requirements
(Proportional employment rate assimilated to the annual bonus as for the flex plan).
SPORT & CULTURE VOUCHERS :

ING has decided to issue sport and culture vouchers electronically from 2022. At the present, it is already very difficult to use the paper version.
In addition, not all retailers have yet switched to the new system. For example, it is not yet possible to offer electronic cheques at FNAC.
We ask ING to remedy this situation by 2022 when the voucher will be distributed.
CHANGES TO RETAIL HOURS :

ING wants to change the opening hours of its branch network again.
In short, late Thursday night openings and Saturday openings would disappear. The half-day off in the week would also disappear. The model of contact by appointment is emphasised.
The ACLVB/CGSLB asks for more stability for our employees and asks for clear agreements in a new collective labour agreement.
In addition, we ask for special attention and solutions for specific cases that are affected by this change, especially for part-time workers.
CLA NEGOTIATIONS

We have not been idle and no less than three collective labour agreements will be signed before the end of the year.
There will be a new CLA for risk groups. This is an implementation of the sectoral agreements on the training of specific target groups that deserve special attention (e.g. on the basis of age, restructuring departments, etc.).
A second CLA for Corona Premium (see above).
A third CLA concerns the new functions classification according to the Korn Ferry HAY model. On 13 December, each staff member will receive an individual message with the classification of his/her function.
Although each function has been examined and weighted, it is important that everyone checks whether the description of their function corresponds to the daily reality. Appeals can still be made up to 30 days after this date.
WORKS COUNCIL

After the unambiguous signal of the Common Trade Union Front given at the Works Council of 18/11 ( the trade unions left the Works Council because of new restructurings in the network), we unfortunately have to note that a single action with all unions did not follow. It is regrettable that several small individual actions were taken by fractions separately without consultation with all parties. It undermines the power of action and of "speaking with one voice". The staff are asking for this union, we support this request, but everyone has to be willing to follow...
The ACLVB/CGSLB has already asked for further clarification at a forthcoming works council meeting about the agencies to be reduced and the planning of this operation. We are asking for oxygen for the people working in the retail sector who are under too much and too fast pressure, again and again...
