CPBW/CPPT: analysis of psychosocial risks at KYC (at zone Centre)
Dear Colleagues
Because of the increasing number of colleagues at KYC Brussels who are calling out to all the Unions regarding their malaise due to the increasing workload, the inconsistent work organization (procedures constantly changing), targets (quantity/quality) difficult/impossible to achieve, ALL the Unions (CGSLB-ACLVB/CNE-ACV Puls/SETCa-BBTK) decided unanimously, at the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work of 17/11/22, to launch an analysis of psychosocial risks at work in this department.
This Thursday 8th of December we had a meeting with Liantis (Occupational Health Service, external partner) to agree how we will organize this analysis of psychosocial risks at work in order to give the opportunity to all the concerned persons to express their selves, without pressure and in a safe environment (anonymous) about the malaise they are subject to.
We agreed that Liantis will send a questionnaire to all the concerned persons. This questionnaire is anonymous. There is no obligation to fill it in, but if you want things to change, we strongly recommend you to do it.
Around 30% of the concerned persons will be invited to an individual discussion with a prevention advisor. This discussion is anonymous. There is no obligation to participate, but if you want things to change, we strongly recommend you to do it.
The 70% of persons who were not invited and who also want an individual discussion to speak up, only have to ask for it to also participate. We strongly recommend you to do it.
If you work in another department than KYC Brussels and if you think it is also necessary to launch an analysis of psychosocial risks in your department, don’t hesitate to contact us.
