Gender equality

International Women's Rights Day 8 March 2022

It is true that equality between men and women is enshrined in law, that is undeniable.

However, we are not there yet.

While gender equality has made good progress, there are still many challenges in areas as work-life balance, pay, access to positions of responsibility, violence, bullying or sexual harassment

at the workplace... all issues that concern women and women workers in the majority.

The WO=MEN team is committed to greater equality between women and men in the workplace. The Liberal Trade Union is an organisation that defends the interests of more than 300,000 workers and socially insured persons, men and women.
