Non-recurring benefits linked to CCT90 results and profit-sharing

This bonus will be paid on April 30, 2025 (after approval of the accounts at the annual general meeting of April 22, 2025).

Conditions for granting

  • Have at least three months of seniority as of 04/01/2025 (fixed-term or permanent contract). To benefit from the beneficiary bonus (pro rata to your services), you must therefore have been hired no later than 04/10/2024.

  • The amount is adjusted pro rata to the benefits for the year 2024. Part-time work and non-assimilated absences are therefore taken into account according to the following criteria:

  1. For staff members who entered service BEFORE 04/01/2021, the following parameters are taken into consideration for the calculation:

    • The grade as of 12/31/2008

    • The job class as of 03/31/2021 (which you can find on your March 2021 pay slip). Please note : job class changes occurring after this date will not be taken into account.

    • A comparison is made between the amount obtained based on the grade as of 12/31/2008 and the amount obtained based on the job class as of 03/31/2021. The higher of the two will be automatically paid to you.

The table below shows the net amount for people who worked full-time at ING throughout 2023 (for assimilated periods, see People Services).

The amount of the non-recurring benefit linked to results will be included on your tax form 281.10 , under section 242. This information allows the tax authorities to verify that the benefit does not exceed the maximum exempt amount set by law.

This amount must be mentioned in section 1242 of your tax return ( section 2242 if you are completing a joint return with your partner).

As a reminder, the additional €1,500 bonus we would have received for our exceptional results is no longer applicable. It was eliminated after only one year, despite our strong objections in 2023!

This bonus was largely intended to compensate for the reduction in profit-sharing in 2021 with a negative impact on purchasing power for employees hired from 04/01/2021 and in particular for positions of grade 13 and above in particular.

We had not signed this collective agreement at the time because it was clear to the CGSLB from the start that ING had no intention of ever paying this premium.

This is understandably disappointing for all of us, as no compensation can offset the loss of this amount for the coming years. It is primarily ING's new recruits who are losing purchasing power.

The work regulations

The work regulations are one of the documents that set out the working conditions and

the relationship between employer and employee. Apart from work regulations, we can mention also national, sectoral or possibly company collective agreements, as well as the Law on work and the individual employment contract.

This is a collection of rules, classified by theme, to which both workers and the employer (supervisory staff) must observe.

Your freedom, your voice: a member testifies

Si la technologie a pris le contrôle de vos vies, il est temps que ça change
Si la technologie a pris le contrôle de vos vies, il est temps que ça change

I recently read Dominique De Troyer 's little book , "Entreprendre avec le Vent dans les Voiles," in which he gives us 12 keys to navigating the challenges of running a business with confidence and assurance. In key number 8, D. DT. asks us what our first instinct is in the morning. Is it to look at our phone or to kiss our spouse? By answering this simple question, he offers us a barometer to assess our work-life balance. If technology has taken control of your lives, it's time for that to change. "If we want to keep control of our lives, we must control what controls us." Emails and social media are addictive, so to regain control, we must establish rules for their use. We must limit our connections to specific needs, for a specific time, and not let ourselves be captured, or even captivated, by algorithms!
