The unions answer all your questions about work.
We give you advice and information about your student job, unemployment, benefit, employment contract, and so on.
2. Payment of your childhood holidays premium.
The union can also administer and pay your unemployment benefit and your youth holidays.
3. Assistance in the event of conflicts at work
Are your rights not respected at work? Then the unions will tell you what your options are. They can assist you right up to the Labor Court, although thankfully that is usually not necessary.
The unions also have their own offices in your city or municipality. You can also reach them online.

Do I have to pay for that?
Yes, to join a union you pay regular membership fees.
However, young people who are still studying, out of work or in employment can often join for free.

Is membership of a trade union mandatory?
