ING Group ACLVB processes your personal data for the following purposes:
· Sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure
· To be able to email you if this is necessary to be able to provide our services as a union representative
Automated decision-making
ING Groep ACLVB does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that could have (significant) consequences for people. This concerns decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without an employee being involved.
How long do we store personal data?
ING Group ACLVB does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
This may be a maximum of the period until the installation of the consultation bodies in the organisation for the next social elections.

ING Group ACLVB does not use cookies or similar techniques.
How do we handle your privacy protection?
By continuing through this website to join the ACLVB, you provide personal data (directly / indirectly) to the ACLVB.
Data related to union membership is sensitive data according to the GDPR. The ACLVB - ING group will therefore not pass on this data to third parties such as employers.
